@DavidSpatz1400 Hi David, I was listening to you today and heard you say about how much you drank Coke. I'm in the same boat. I have type II diabetes also but am still drinking it. I know it's suicide but thankfully my A 1 C is 6.2. Any suggestions? Thanks
