Just thinking out loud, 1500 a month plan and what do we use it for?
Data - WIFI is used more than mobile data (We pay separately for wifi ;))
Calling - We use whatsapp or facetime so technically more of wifi again
SMS - we dont (social media messaging)
VAS - only if good deal

So in an interesting development, @ViCustomerCare Scrapes REDX 999 plan and upgrades me to REDX 1201 plan without any prior intimation or permission. And best was i was told this is all being done as per @TRAI guidelines... Lol skimming money as per guidelines.

Audacity of customer care executive is such that they say "Sir there are lot of benefits like Netflix, prime subscription..." I mean come on bro in this world of IP TV's do i even need these many OTT's. Stop selling them to telecom customers, trend is changing...get an idea sirji

@GreyhoundBus What is your policy on Passengers? As per your customer service team - leaving passengers stranded without any service in middle of nowhere is the policy. Thanks, but no thanks i am not riding this bus service again. Such inhumane approach towards passengers.

@ViCustomerCare Thank you for pathetic and appalling international roaming service. Simcard stopped detecting and your customer care even after complaining thrice has not been able to resolve it. Brilliant Service. @airtelindia and @JioCare atleast their esims work. Good job both
