We love just walking our dogs around the farm and appreciating all of the hard work out team put in. We are so lucky to have so many great people that work for us, especially during such peculiar times! Thank you ♥️

It's been so hot and dry that our irrigation team have been working tirelessly to keep our crops happy and watered. We love it when it rains, it saves water for us! #farminguk #suttonhooproduce #irrigation

Stone burying ready for the next crop here which will be turf. Lots going on at the farms at the moment. Especially busy with our sweetcorn!

Hope your Monday has started the week well and just remember; if it's been rubbish, some of the best things grow in the stinkiest manure!

The sun is just about coming up now over our sweetcorn. Probably going to be another hot one so we will be busy with keeping our crops healthy and harvesting. #farm24 #farming #shp #suttonhooproduce @FarmersGuardian @Morrisons

This field is all ready to be drilled with turf. Our turf takes 13 months to mature and be perfect for our customers. @sovereignturf @FarmersGuardian @Morrisons #farm24 #farming #turf

[Sutton Hoo Produce @HooProduce]

This field is nearly clear of turf now. A lot of times our land is used by pigs for housing which helps with growing and putting nutrients back into the soil #farm24 #farming #turf #sovereignturf @FarmersGuardian @Morrisons @sovereignturf Farmers Guardian Morrisons

This beast of a harvester lifts the plants into the machine which grabs the corn and throws out the green waste. Pretty clever stuff! #farm24 #farming #shp #suttonhooproduce #sweetcorn @FarmersGuardian @Morrisons Farmers Guardian Morrisons

Our Red and White cabbages. Both make a yummy coleslaw (we speak from experience!) #farm24 #cabbage #shp #farming @Morrisons @FarmersGuardian Morrisons Farmers Guardian

Sweetcorn harvester, if you look carefully you can see the corn flinging into the hopper at the back and the green waste coming out of the side

Our turf harvester rolls and palletises our turf making it easier for delivery and you to put in your garden. It's quite something to watch! #farm24 #farming #turf #sovereignturf @FarmersGuardian @Morrisons @sovereignturf
