@snufflewort I scoffed at my @macmillancancer group when it was suggested you need to build in fatigue days. Guess what? I was soooo wrong & it's not just physical I find my mind gets overwhelmed especially around this time when the wait for CT scan results is endless! Sending warm hugs 🫂

@snufflewort I feel your frustration & I know the pain as I used to suffer. Years ago I went to see a chiropractor for a problem with my shoulder, they work on the whole spine. My shoulder was fixed but interestingly my migraines stopped also! I now see him each quarter. Worth a try? 💛
