@WilliamTrotma19 @Belgianhorse1 @IamSean90 The laws changed in 2019, greatly limiting how much money you could recoup via rent increases from renovations *between* tenants. These buildings were purchased (and financed) pre 2019. They now can’t cover their mortgage payments.
