Message from the Mayor:
Sadly, we cannot hold Remembrance services in Barnet this year, as we have to keep our veterans & each other safe from Covid.
But we will still unite as a nation to pay tribute to the service and sacrifice of our armed forces this Remembrance Sunday.
Team Barnet did it!! Colindale to Cambridge by bike to raise funds for looked after children and young care leavers in the borough. Thank you so much! And on a beautiful day too. #Fundraising#Do_It#BeTheChange#MakeItHappen
The amazing @MarkRonson, who has worked with the likes of Amy Winehouse and Adele, met @Copthall_School pupils at the amazing @UnitasYZ on Monday.
The #MillHill students introduced him to Baby Shark, and he taught them how to play it for themselves. Turn the sound on to listen:
Amazing to welcome @MarkRonson to Unitas today! He’s meeting local young people and giving @Copthall_School pupils a music lesson they’ll never forget!

“When I first moved to Burnt Oak, I quickly realised how culturally diverse the place is. I was new and I wanted to meet people. I wanted a space to get together that welcomed all, so I decided to create one myself.”
