@BBCWatchdog please can you investigate Evri! It seems a number of customers are experiencing the same problem where they are just keeping parcels for weeks on end with no attempt or intention of delivery and no way of contacting anyone😒

Moving house is less stressful than renewing a passport @HM_Passport. What’s the point in having rules for upgrade requests if you don’t upgrade even when criteria met!

@HM_Passport @passportwaiting meet upgrade criteria yet Peterborough don’t even acknowledge or call back despite promises. Where is my passport and my ID? Contacted local MP even they’ve had no luck for me 😫
