After I sent this letter last Friday — and after we and many others, including from the Texas OAG’s office, made calls to Nebraska officials over the past week — we have learned tonight that after fleeing to Nebraska from Texas immediately after he was released from a short stay in County Jail, the State of Nebraska will rightfully require admitted child-abuser Adam Hoffman to register as a sex offender. His license to practice law there is also likely to be suspended.
