@virginmedia My contract finishes in Jan 2024, but due to exceptional circumstances I need to end it. But Virgin Media is insisting I pay a full charge which is what I would pay for the remaining months. Very unreasonable

@virginmedia Beware anyone out there thinking of using Virgin and being tied into a contract that you apparently will pay for regardless of your circumstances

@virginmedia It is ridiculous that you call it an end payment fee when it is actually it is what you would pay every month up until your contract ends

@virginmedia I have called twice and still waiting for a manager to call Mr back. Why isn't there an exceptional circumstance to be released from a virgin contract apart from death?

@virginmedia They did but on an 0800 number so could have been anyone. They need to provide security themselves

@MartinSLewis I'm 45 and worked abroad for at least 10 years. So have many gaps in my HRMC pension. Can I make top ups whenever I want? Thanks in advance
