@Grace_ADHDNoN For CAMHS where we live, it's a 14 month wait to see a psychiatrist. Mental health is best treated early. 14 months - after waiting to be even seen by CAMHS to add to the wait list - adds to the severity of the mental health condition. Earlier intervention is needed.

@Grace_ADHDNoN @stellaomalley3 I can see he says from age 4 but the child also has other diagnoses including learning difficulties, so was probably picked up by Paediatrics early. It is very unusual to get a diagnosis in the UK at this age for ADHD.

@kokeshimum You need to have booked special assistance to get through quicker - and it will say special assistance on the ticket. Yes, maybe some people haven't booked but wear a lanyard. That's for the airline to sort as it gives them no right to go through quicker.
