Due to accrue GI infection my son was hospitalised and couldn’t travel as advised by the doctor. We called the representative of the above mentioned travel company on 18th May, i.e. 8 days before the planned start date of the tour to postpone our trip to October. We requested to postpone the trip so that we need not pay the cancellation fee. The representative agreed and she had sent a revised itinerary confirming the advance payment will be adjusted against the revised itinerary. Now the company informed the entire advance amount is forfeited by them as cancellation fee and they cannot refund neither adjust the amount against the future trip.
