Lots of hectic activity today re delayed reply. 1. Not 100% sure what is going on. 2. There is a recent round of software updates including steering controller that may/may not fix. 3. Honestly haven’t dug in deep. We as a dealer would need full permissions to see your current status of software jic it is a weird display vs other controllers software mismatch issue. If you have been messing with other settings in advanced autotrac and turn automation set them all back to default.

It is very interesting how ticket volume comes in peaks and valleys. Nothing happening and then all of a sudden we are backed up. This monitor lets me know when the team needs extra help to catch up.
