Well you're the minority - just because you can't bike doesn't mean city dwellers can't. I've lived in rural and urban areas and I much prefer living where biking is an option (and it is in many cities).

@the_transit_guy I wonder if paper currency designs will be updated less frequently as the world switches more and more to digital. Just, that the designs will be less on people's minds and will be less culturally significant over time as people will rarely see it.

Oh, and carbon dating. And archeologists probably have other ways to estimate age as well.

@alex_hallowell Low frequency combined with unreliable arrival times make the ratio of waiting / travel too undesirable. If a bus comes every 40 minutes, it better show up right when it's scheduled to. A few bad experiences and I just revert to biking or walking farther to catch the train
