@rbhead12@Nino_Merica@grok explain to this person about how Texas is surpassing the entire country in electricity generation, which is literally what is needed for the next stage in the new economy.
@Darlyn215@BillieCotter Do you actually believe this? If so, spend a few hours on how to think about complex topics rather than more info on this one. Scout Mindset is a good place to start. Also, don’t question people’s “nerve” online. 😂
@MaryMargOlohan I don’t really see that here. I seen an elected official who knows his state voted to keep abortion, even as distasteful as it is, and he’s saying I’m not going to overwrite that. Seems like a normal political statement that more politicians should take.
@JessicaTarlov There’s not a single democrat you wouldn’t vote for. If you were in Virginia, you would’ve voted for the man who threatened to kill his opponents kids. You said it on air. No one needs to listen to your take on this one.
Elizabeth Holmes husband nuked her from orbit when he reminded her that she’s an actress. Charlie had the courage to risk being killed every damn day to stand up for what he believed in. He paid the ultimate cost for it. The last thing @AmandaSeyfried can call him is a pussy. Calling him that is as absurd as calling her brave.
Update on Temulun Togochog, the crazy lady arrested at the University of Michigan:
Her parents fled Chinese Communist Party persecution so any children they had could grow up free in America. Both were living in the U.S. as political asylees for years before she was born.
In December 2024, at age 17, she testified before Congress about her privilege of living here and spoke out for Southern Mongolians whose language, culture, and rights are being erased under the CCP.
What changed you say - she went to college. Got a septum piercing among others, and was arrested for violently assaulting a Jewish woman at a University of Michigan event while saying she should have killed her.
From escaping the enforcers to becoming one. The irony writes itself.
@VoteHub The comment section confirms that a small part of the Democrats are just rabid for 100% agreement or else. Not how the real world works people.
That would have helpful. 😆 Focusing only on the “disinvite” treats it as a simple snub or personal slight. But Stevens’ own words frame it as a deliberate values judgment, not just a reaction to being told to stay away. That said, the Dem Party reaction is now eating up the story.
BREAKING: Dallas Morning News just added an editor's note saying they were unaware that the author was paid $57,000 by Gina Hinojosa’s political campaign.
They said they wouldn't have published it if they knew.
Then take it down, now, @dallasnews.
This doesn’t hold up for Texas. In 2022, Election Day was R+16 vs R+8.5 early (R+7.5 swing). In 2024 it was R+15.8 vs R+13.2 early. Derek Ryan’s analysis showed the GOP primary-voter edge growing by 300k+ on Election Day alone, and UT polling has Republicans more likely than Democrats to plan on voting Election Day. ED is a smaller slice (~20-30%), but it has consistently been redder, not bluer.
