Football(⚽️) pro coaching licenses.
I don't have it. At first I didn't want to get it because I just didn't want to spend a lot of time for the programs.
But now, I don't want to get it since I think this rule doesn't make sense to me. So let me share with you about my thoughts.
When that license was made, there was chaos about coaching levels and players and fans and sponsors were affected. So they needed it for developing the football industry.
As the world of football continues to develop , the value of coaches also steadily increases, and more people willing to pay to obtain coaching licenses.
As the value increases, licenses gradually become ranked and the programs become more detailed. With each license, money can be made. Today, I think it became as a fairly substantial business.
Again, the coaching licenses was essential for developing football industry about the levels and money roughly speaking.
But I know all the football fans and FIFA have kept a lot of efforts for the future but I want to suggest an idea to change the current system. I believe it's a better idea.
■ Implement a system where coaching licenses can be purchased. Ensure that there's a distinguishable difference between these purchased licenses and the regular ones. By doing this, I think it's required a high quality of the clubs to hire a coach. If they don't want to hire someone with a purchased license, they can simply choose someone with a regular license like so far. The current soccer world has seen an increase in high-level coaches, partly thanks to this licensing system. Low-level coaches are steadily being phased out. The initial concerns when the coaching license became essential are no longer relevant. By open more competition, I believe we can further advance the quality of coaching and the development of the soccer world. In an era where the world is embracing diversity, there should be diverse success stories among the coaches as well.
That's my idea and I believe the current coaching system will be changed.
Thank you for reading it till the end.
