Just had a terrible customer service experience with @Instacart @InstacartHelp . The 2 people I spoke with were very unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve my request. For a company that says they "care about Seniors", it sure doesn't seem that way. Very disappointed.

@InstaAde @CelebrityCruise Thanks for the information Ade. Surprised @CelebrityCruise can't do something about it. I suppose all they can do is report it, but a complaint directly from Celebrity should carry a lot of weight in getting the account squashed.
