🚨A free matchday park-and-ride trial is launching this Saturday for Newcastle United fans.

The X40 service will run between Newcastle Great Park and St James’ Park ahead of the game against Brighton & Hove Albion.

Buses will run every 15 minutes before kick-off and every 5 minutes after the match, with fans able to travel for free by showing their match ticket.

If successful, the scheme could help cut congestion and offer a more sustainable way to get to games.
