I’m so happy that the New York Times noticed the look of this amazing show! We had a great time creating the world of #interiorchinatown by @charles_yu .

#InteriorChinatown
SO fucking funny. So fucking sharp. Stares ALL of the Asian stereotypes right in the face. Laughs at all of them. Questions all of them. Made me think about what it means to be Asian-American in the public eye. What roles do we fall into?
The main character, Willis, literally is invisible to everyone in the main cast of the cop show he’s part of unless he’s dressed the part of an Asian archetype. He literally, physically cannot be something else. Until he decides to break in…break the rules of this world.
Very disappointing to see @CBSNews lazily, thoughtlessly & reflexively call Shawn Fain & other union leaders "bosses." Fain was democratically elected. He very much listens to the UAW's rank & file. So why do headline writers call him a boss? Why don't they call Elon Musk a boss?
Two astronauts meant to be in space for eight days are now officially stuck there for NINE MONTHS because our space program outsourced transport to private companies who’ve failed. That’s really what it comes down to, and it’s appalling. This should be worldwide front page news.
I am sincerely worried about Georgia being the tipping point election state this year
The Georgian election board has a majority 3-2 of election deniers, and they recently passed a rule giving that board the ability to refuse certification
the fact that #BreonnaTaylor is not even trending is fckn nuts considering the judge officially is blaming her boyfriend for self defense against two cops who admitted to falsifying a fake warrant to illegally at their home in the first place. wow
If your girlfriend gets shot and killed by cops while sleeping in bed next to you the state in the democratic justice epicenter of the world will say it’s your fault. https://t.co/lrfCDL23Wd
So I read up on this case.
The man Collins hit has been harassing him, his wife, and his children for MONTHS.
Here is the part where the justice system isn't just for everyone. After Collins hit him for assaulting his wife and kids (justifiable), the guy didn't die on the spot.
He died weeks later because he refused to go to the hospital to get checked out. The Prosecutors STILL decided to charge him with murder. Collins being fearful a jury would send him to jail for life for protecting his family took a plea deal instead.
