@Square Its clear what caused this problem.
Square is focusing on cost-reduction versus excellence. You have off-shored what was outstanding support. It is now poor. I'd be willing to bet this was Square moving to a lower cost data center and messing it up.
@Square Sorry means nothing without compensation. Its just a platitude.
We processed transactions offline during the period. We expect Square to pay for any transaction you determine are invalid.
@Square This statement from Square status "We're working to pinpoint the issue's root cause, and will continue to share updates as we get them. Thank you for your understanding!" is insulting.
What should we "understand" about square being out of service for more than 9 hours?
@Square Your customer service is now horrible. I have been trying to find a person who can knowledgeably talk about a refund I issued. I'm 7 agents into it and haven't gotten an answer.
