🇺🇲🇮🇱 Let us once again recall the powerful speech of Alan Shebaro, a US veteran who publicly stated that Israel is committing genocide:
"My name is Alan Shebaro. I was with the 3rd Special Forces Group. I was with the Commanders in Extremis Force in the B23. I was a sniper, an assaulter, and a breacher. I did three rotations: 2008, 2009, and 2007.
I know war.
What is going on in Palestine right now is NOT A WAR.
It is the dehumanization. It's the GENOCIDE. It's the ethnic cleansing. Of a specific people to take their land. This is WRONG. And there's nothing more American than speaking out against what's wrong.
The US taxpayer is paying for this, which makes it even more frustrating. This needs to STOP.
Whatever you can do, anything, this needs to stop."
Israel's Haaretz newspaper finds documents confirming that Israeli commanders repeatedly ordered their forces to stop Israelis being taken into Gaza on October 7 at all costs, even if it meant killing them.
Haaretz reports that this execution order – known as the Hannibal directive – 'indicates that many of the kidnapped people were at risk, exposed to Israeli gunfire'.
One such order, says a source inside the military, 'was meant to turn the area around the border fence [with Gaza] into a killing zone'.
Don't hold your breath waiting for the 'free' western establishment media to acknowledge this or any of the other many challenges to its increasingly threadbare narrative script about October 7.

Horrible account of a girl escaped Al Shuja’yia invasion:
🗣️The Israeli occupation forces stormed our house.
🗣️They wanted to kidnap my brothers.
🗣️My mother attempted to stop them.
🗣️They pulled her out and forced her down in front of a tank, snd ran over her before our eyes.
🗣️Then, they kidnapped my brothers whom I do not know anything about them.
⚫️The image here is for another incident but also in #Gaza!

This fact-based video describing the history of oppression and racism against Palestinians by Israel was taken down on Instagram after getting 12 million views.
Why would someone want to censor this video?
Tell them, we did not live silent.
We lit up the sky.
We laughed.
We took care of each other.
Tell them, we were broken.
But we did not live silent.
We reached the impossible.
And it was impossible.
If I die, tell them, we did not live silent.
We sang. We taught. We learned. We grew.
We messed with each other. We danced. And we danced.
We made it work. We prayed for each other.
We cried. We held each other.
But tell them, we did not live silent.
We resisted. And resisted. And resisted. And resisted.
We bled. And we stitched each other up.
We leaned on each other. We fed each other.
Tell them, we did not live silent.
We told stories at night. We rode at dawn.
We ran for our lives. We swam for our lives.
We risked it all. We never gave up. Till the last breath.
Tell them, we did not live silent.
And we died. Free!
@Darkiora @naftalibennett I would be surprised if Palestinians would not be pro resistance while facing a genocidal apartheid state , but I’m surprised that majority of Israelis think not enough slaughter has been carried out . After learning more about Zionism I’m beginning to be less shocked…
'The richest, most powerful countries in the western world, those who believe themselves to be the keepers of the flame of the modern world’s commitment to democracy and human rights, are openly financing and applauding Israel’s genocide in Gaza', wrote Arundhati Roy wrote earlier this year, in a column widely read around the world.
Now Arundhati Roy is being persecuted by Modi's India and is going to be prosecuted under anti-terrorist law (!) for a comment she made in 2010 about Kashmir.
14 years ago, in a panel discussion, Arundhati Roy appeared to have disputed the nationalistic BJP line about Kashmir, and was heavily criticized for it.
Now Indian politics is a huge and complex subject, but some things can be said with certainty: Kashmir is 97% Muslim, and India has been terrorizing it for decades. In 2019 Modi revoked the special autonomy status Kashmir had had since 1954, and sent great military forces into the region, tightening its oppressive measures, including a major push for censorship.
The disgusting open hatred of Muslims spread by BJP has been making people around the world uneasy: it is racist propaganda of the vilest we've ever seen.
-
Modi's ties with Netanyahu are also well-known and documented, as well as the oppression tactics shared by the two countries against Muslim populations.
Prosecuting one of India's most prominent intellectuals, though, marks a new stage in India's descent into despotism. We don't know if it has anything to do with her activism for Palestine, but there's only so much coincidence in this world.
Israel's genocide and the West's brazen and unlimited complicity in it, and the censorial momentum it's set in motion around the world are creating a toxic environment for free speech and open discussion around the world.
Islamophobia (alongside Russophobia), now celebrated with the thinnest of veils in the West, spreads and corrupts the ability of Western countries for effective self-governance, but still, no pushback is seen or allowed to form.
And when India is going after a globally-renounced writer, the West can say nothing about it with any credibility, and probably won't even try.
And to think that just a generation ago all of Western (read: CIA) media made a huge, huge deal of another Indian author, Salman Rushdie (the most famous writer no one ever read) supposedly having to hide for safety, with even a hefty mention on Seinfeld.

It is sad that India has chosen this path of stupidity and self-destruction. Instead of leading the global decolonial movement, it's placed itself as a clownish servant of white supremacy.
NEW:
🇮🇱 Israeli Haaretz reports that former Israeli prisoner, Agam Goldstein-Almog, who was released in the exchange deal with Hamas, has been recieving hateful comments from Israelis following interviews she gave, where she described the decent treatment from resistance fighters
@QudsNen
Hamas now says 3 Israeli captives were killed in yesterday's operation (they also say, ominously, that no Israeli captives will be retrieved alive again except through a deal, hinting an order to liquidate captives on any fear of rescue attempts has been given).
An Israeli special forces officer was also killed yesterday.
So 4 rescued, 267 Palestinians + 4 Israelis died. And Israel and its bitch Western media celebrate 'a heroic operation'. The level of sheer degenerate stupidity, on top of depraved nihilism, really exceeds our wildest expectation
