@AshleyKSmalls Has been for a while. And it's becoming more and more of a self-fulfilling prophecy because people don't watch new things, knowing they will get cancelled, so they keep doing worse and worse numbers. I absolutely hate it here.

I'm not sure :D I don't remember a time I wasn't watching Star Wars - VHS tapes on constant repeat. I think my strongest memories are of RotJ and the Caravan of Courage.

Someone told me it's not uncommon - that he tries to see all the shows that premiere and comes to tell the actors how much he enjoyed them afterwards. As much as all his roles and performances mean to me, I think about that generosity and love of theatre the most.

A good decade or so ago, on my first visit to New York, I was seeing every Broadway show I could. I was also doing a lot of stage dooring and was stunned to see James Earl Jones come to see the actors at three (3!) of the shows I was seeing in those two weeks. 1/2
