maybe they could even have patches of scales amid or just be entirely scaley?? & said scales could act like a much more advanced version of a chameleon's camouflage
or maybe their fur is somewhat transparent, allowing for the skin underneath to showcase any changes??

i assigned fuzzy nightcrawler concept to a goblin, but what abt a changeling?? like, the design has eyes & humanoid form, but everything else is kinda like a silhouette?? that way it's easier to mimic other species rather than needing to adjust already present +

tryin to find colors for the archfey patron i designed
the colors r a lil more cryptid-esque than i intended for them 2 be?? he's the prince/king of night life so i was hoping for more iridesence, purples, blues, greens, etc
maybe changing the wings to not have eyes would help??

it made me cry like a big baby & i enjoy that they focused on the fact that there's no way to bring back your loved ones but that doesn't mean your world has to stop spinning as a result

making detailed backgrounds is all fun & games until you actually have to make it come to life, then its all downhill from that point
anyways the currently designing the backups i listed so that'll be fun to see completed!! current favorite is the punk warlock as expected-
