@looseleaf_ca How did the Dems obstruct their own platform when no one ran on single payer? Even with a super majority, that's radical legislation that would require insane consensus, difficult to get even today. They fought massively to pass the ACA, which was a major accomplishment.
Leftist's idea of politics is endlessly complaining about Democrats not being able to overcome the obstructionist Republican party and then refuse to help them gain enough political power to do so.

@roselialescrime You should old enough to remember that supermajority passed the largest Healthcare legislation in American history, along with the Dodd-Frank Act that prevented another financial crisis. And then Republican gerrymandering that flipped a bunch of seats, losing us the majority.
⚠️ Leaked audio reveals GOP candidates in multiple states have suggested sending law enforcement to the polls in November.
Trump himself has refused to rule out sending troops to the polls. But federal law almost always forbids federal troops and armed agents from polling sites: https://t.co/fElCkP2ceH
FBI lowered hiring standards for people who hire sex workers, steal from work, and beastiality. FL Republicans funneled $10m taxpayer funds into Republican PAC. Leaks show the DOD has right-wing influencers on their payroll.
Mehdi Hasan: erm, actually, Laura Loomer is racist
Posts like this show a great degree of stupidity, or maybe it's just bad faith hackery
None of those people were associated with Democratic campaigns. No one gives a fuck of you platform Hasan Piker to discuss his terrible ideas. It's good to point out.
Being completely honest.
. @neeratanden, and all other Democrats who have spent weeks calling on El Sayed and others to condem Piker, here is a sincere question, because I honestly don't know the answer.
Did any of you ever condemn Gavin Newsom for inviting Charlie Kirk and Bannon on HIS podcast and giving them softball interviews, even agreeing with them on some issues?
Did you condemn Jeffries meeting with Kuhsner in private over "affordability" which we all know is bullshit?
Can we agree Kirk, Bannon and Kushner have caused much, much more harm than Piker?
If not, why the double standard?
Just be honest.
So, because Republican voters are dumb and violent we need to make voting more convoluted.
"The ballot initiative is supported by El Paso County Clerk Chuck Broerman, a Republican...who said that he and other clerks were being harassed with death threats by election deniers"
NEW: A proposal to require Colorado voters to present additional ID for mail voting has qualified for the ballot in Nov midterms.
The League of Women Voters Colorado calls the initiative “a form of voter suppression” and is urging people to oppose it.

The Pentagon influencer scandal is getting bigger.
More partisan X accounts are being identified as Pentagon employees or special government employees — while spending their days pushing political talking points online.
Taxpayers deserve to know: Who hired them? What are they being paid to do? And are military officers violating the UCMJ?
This deserves a LOT more scrutiny.
Don’t let Lara Loomer calling me out of my name distract you from the fact Ashley Moody stole $10 million from kids. @AshleyMoodyFL is a THIEF! Donate to https://t.co/9rPoNwliLD so we can send her packing!
As a Democrat voter in Michigan, I think any Democrat who finds themselves agreeing with Republicans, in this case about @hasanthehun, is more of a threat to the party than Hasan could ever be.
