"One of my toxic traits is that I have a hard time letting people see me weak. I kinda isolated myself from my family and my friends, went to another level mentally in order to prepare myself for what was in front of me. It was a rebuild"
“Russ is having one of the most underappreciated careers that we will see. In his own right just one of the GOAT careers. No one has a career like Westbrook and no one plays the game like Westbrook. He is a 1 of 1”

Getting yo shit together requires a deep level of honesty wit yourself , you gotta be able to look at yourself in the mirror & be willing to accept flaws & behavior that's not allowing you to grow , self evaluation is difficult but it's extremely necessary.
Best career advice that I can give: Don't ever attach yourself to a person, a place, a company, an organization or a project. Attach yourself to a mission, a calling, or a purpose ONLY. That's how you keep your power and your peace. It's worked pretty well for me thus far.
