@XxhoneyxdripxX I'd def be down to ask homies who've done the transfer thing to see what's up with that. there's also been more approved instructors now so there's a lot more options vs when I was getting licensed!

@XxhoneyxdripxX depends, there's a transfer system if you have a license in another state (I think it's at least 3 years of proven work history?). otherwise you have to go thru a state certified instructor/"school" and complete your oregon required hours (abt 6mo-1 year)

@SleepyThymeArt pigment based pens tend to be "waterproof"/bleed proof + work well with alcohol markers like copic. for colored lines I tend to use micron, faber castell, tombow fudenosuke. micron always seems to be great but can gives me smudges in densely inked areas. so annoying ugh 😪
