Not only the flight was delayed for almoat three hours but the crew mase@me check my carry on due of lack of overhead space and now is gonna take me forever to get out of the airport! This is unacceptable

@americanair your costumer attention service is as bad as your flights! I’m trying to file a formal claim at the airport ans noon of your employees is of any help! Literally the worst airline to fly in the USa i will defense try to avid flying with you in the future
