The part of this nobody's discussing: the House Account only works if there's something in it.
1,070 keys. 60% of revenue goes to the account. After fees, if the House fills:
25 USDC β ~30 stays covered
20 USDC β ~26
15 USDC β ~19
10 USDC β ~13
5 USDC β ~6
Someone suggested 5. Fair argument on risk but 6 stays isn't a House, it's one good weekend.
So the question isn't what a key costs. It's how many members you want getting a room covered in year one.
Update from the House.
We're rebuilding House Keys on a new contract.
Both people who minted are being refunded in full, and they'll get a key on the new one. Nobody's out of pocket.
Same idea. Same 1,111 keys. Built properly this time.
The price isn't the key. The stays are.
More this week.
Poll's closed. 17 votes.
10 USDC β 47%
It's not the price β 29%
20 USDC β 24%
15 USDC β 0%
Nobody wanted the middle. That's the clearest thing in there.
Taking it into what comes next. More today.
TOKEN2049 Dubai. 21β22 April 2027. Madinat Jumeirah.
15,000 people. Every fund, every founder, every chain.
Four nights in Dubai that week runs $1,200β2,000 before you've bought a coffee.
That's the number the House Account exists to attack. The room, covered.
Candidate destination. Not a promise.
Poll's still open, closes Sunday.
Biggest block so far is "it's not the price" which is either people being polite or the most useful thing anyone's told us this week.
If that's you, say what it actually is π
@Nick_Researcher@arc@Arguspad@TollyLabs@TradePool Solid list. We're not on itπ House Keys, shipped day one, 1,111 keys.
Curious what you're scoring on though. Is it mainnet exposure only, or does what the project actually does factor in?
@arc Shipped ours day one. Members club with a hotel fund β 60% of revenue covers members' hotel stays at conferences, denominated in USDC end to end.
The stablecoin-native part is the whole reason it works. Flat price that's still flat when someone clicks.
@arc@Morpho The tab-hopping thing is real. We lost most of launch week to it. People had to learn a chain, find a bridge and evaluate us in the same session. Two decisions, and most people defer the second. Single entry point fixes the part we couldn't.
@circle@column This is the part people underrate. Once USDC is just another rail inside a payments API, "crypto payment" stops being a category.
We priced our whole product in it for the same reason, the number doesn't move between quote and checkout.

Genuine question for the House.
If the House Account could fund at least five members trip in 2027, where should it be?
π ETHDenver β Denver
π TOKEN2049 β Dubai
π Consensus β Miami
π Somewhere else (reply)
We are building the shortlist in public.
Keep them coming. Every reply is going on the board.
The House does not pick the destination. The House Account funds what the members put forward. Nothing is guaranteed but nothing gets funded that nobody asked for.
I've been explaining this wrong for a week, so let me fix it.
House Keys isn't an art collection. It's a travel fund with a members list.
60% of protocol revenue goes into the House Account. That account exists for one
purpose: putting members in rooms they'd otherwise pay for themselves. Dubai. Denver. Miami. Wherever this industry gathers next.
The key isn't the product. The key is how you get counted.

A genuine question for everyone who registered for House Keys but hasn't checked in yet:
What's the biggest reason?
A. Moving funds onto Arc
B. 25 USDC mint price
C. Waiting to see how Arc develops
D. Waiting to see how House Keys develops
E. Something else
No judgement.
We're listening.
