In the summertime, I don’t do no hot teas, I take my ginseng, burdock. shilajit (melt it before hand) or whatever concoction and let it sit in a pot in the fridge, keep on filling it with water, and have cold teas throughout the week. It’s too hot for hot tea.

For those of you struggling to go to sleep, it’s much easier when your grounding, what many of you know as earthing.
