Oh, you say they didn’t preach that in your progressive pulpit? In Ezekiel 8-11 God foretells the destruction of Jerusalem for its full embrace of corruption, perversion, and violence.

Note that those who grieved these abominations were spared while all others were annihilated. Note further where the Lord ordered his executioners begin: with the church leaders at the altar, men who had forsaken the worship of God and obedience to his Word for the worship of animals, nature, and ritual child sacrifice.
