Dublin City Council is delighted to announce the official opening of 29 brand new homes at Orr’s Square, Clanbrassil Street, Dublin 8! 🏡
This A-rated development features a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments-including 4 duplexes-and a ground floor community unit. Managed by The Iveagh Trust on our behalf, Orr’s Square was delivered through our turnkey programme in partnership with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and built by Beakonshaw.
Located just north of Robert Emmet Bridge on the Grand Canal, Orr’s Square offers high-quality, secure homes in the heart of the city, close to all amenities. Residents began moving in from March and the scheme is now fully occupied.
Lord Mayor of Dublin, Emma Blain, welcomed the new residents, saying:
“Orr’s Square will provide secure, high-quality homes which I know will make a real difference in their lives and I wish them all every happiness here. It’s clear that the hard work and effective collaboration between Dublin City Council and the Iveagh Trust is delivering much needed homes in the city.”
