Congrats to @housingnaz! ADOH just awarded them $5.3M to purchase the Verde Valley Inn in @CottonwoodAZ and rehab/convert the hotel into a 32-unit transitional bridge shelter for the homeless in @yavapaicounty. "Oak Wash Homes" as it'll be known is scheduled to open in Dec. 2023.
