@Pac12Central 1. Please tell us the Pac-12 media revenue again…oh wait
2. Hopefully we’ll learn more about the Pac-12 poaching plans at their media day…oh wait
@JWMediaDC If the Big 12 is in trouble as you suggest, then the G6 schools are really screwed because their revenue deals aren’t even close to the Big12.
@JWMediaDC How does the Big12’s partnership with Redbird factor in? The Redbird deal includes affiliation with CBS, TNT, and Paramount Plus supposedly.
@jlkurtz@wilnerhotline If we follow Wilner’s train of thought that the Big 12 is in trouble, then the G6 schools are equally screwed because their revenue don’t even come close to the Big 12.
The Big 12 is slated to announce it’s projecting a gross revenue this year of around $710 million, sources tell @SBJ.
That's a $100 million increase from the previous year and is a record high for the conference.
The Big 12 announced total conference revenues around $710 million! Houston going from $7-$10 million in the AAC to $44 million three years later is incredible!
Big 12 Commissioner Brett Yormark announced that the conference's projected gross revenue for the 2025-26 athletic year is $710 million.
It's the first year of the conference's new media rights deal.
@ramblinroundup@Big12Conference No doubt, there is a gap between Big12 and ACC at the moment, but the Big will get at least two more contract renewals by the time the ACC renews its contract.
