In the Netherlands is a substantial shortage of vitamin B1 (thiamine) for intravenous administration. This happens as Dutch politicians repeatedly say about the Dutch system, in the best healthcare system in the world. Well, I have my doubts. Is it chauvinism or ignorance?
Over the last months, the team has been developing options that could help solve the system’s plastic retention challenge. We’re now preparing to test those options in the garbage patch through a more modular approach. We aim to relaunch in June. More details in the coming weeks.
