Even subsequent delivery after complaint doesn't change the record. And that possibly creates a bad profile for us

@naveenanand143 @CuteAishwariya Can you please quote that law? Tu my knowledge they can get a different MRP printed but can't sell the product at a higher price. The never do in Hyderabad. Though there are places where half litre water costs a whopping 200 INR plus mandatory 10% service charge(not tax)

I'm only asking the rationale why government should have any role and why even after allegedly anti hindu party is irrelevant politically?

@BharatGhotala @sardesairajdeep Even my immediate family doesn't accept my suggestion to not offer anything in a temple because it's not used for the purpose of spreading awareness or developing our culture even if we assume there's no theft. Organisations like rk math are best if social service is intended

@itsmjoseph7 @hemalitanna @Flipkart Have done that and mostly resolved but the friction is avoidable. Consumer helpline is useless. They closed the case based on Amazon's email without asking me for my version. I filed on Edaakhil only once in Feb and it's still pending scrutiny!

@hemalitanna @Flipkart Problem is with Indian consumer protection laws and more importantly their implementation. @Amazonin, @jiomart @tata_neu @Swiggy @zomato & everyone else is the same when things go wrong
