@newavelie@bintzan9a As Moroccans, we have been fighting to protect so many aspects of our culture that keep getting stolen by other countries, we are not ready to let go of our caftans and takchitas esp with how widespread it is getting.
@rasalkwyjibo@bintzan9a As a moroccan, I have the power to protect my culture. There is an algerian influencer who wore a moroccan takchita and she mentioned it was moroccan, that’s appreciation. Wearing our clothes and making it normal to the point no one knows it’s moroccan is 🙅🏽♀️
@pandouce1 @bintzan9a Wa asl mok is what this random brazilian woman is wearing w wahed nhar ayjiw igoulou lik caftans are not moroccan, they are islamic or arab dresses✨
@sara_malika_ Why is everyone against this? As a moroccan, you will never see me wearing a sari or a kimono to a wedding… I recently got invited to a saudi wedding, everyone was wearing western dresses, I was wearing kaftan, my culture.
@CookiesOI@nasimerrrrc I did not feel aTtAcKeD or OfFeNdED and i’m not American. There are ways to discuss topics and pointing fingers is not it. I’ve never been to a concert in my life, but I don’t feel the need to accuse others. She can discuss going to concerts generally.
@Illegitimateme2@nasimerrrrc Then let’s stop every Muslim walking outside during prayer time and condemn them for sinning openly, the ones smoking cigs, the ones don’t lower their gaze, who don’t dress islamically, etc CATCH EM ALL! lol
@CookiesOI@nasimerrrrc Discussing a common sin goes more like:”Can we talk about going to concerts? Do you consider this a big sin or something okay? Let’s come up with hadiths or swar from quran”
@usmaa237 @phosphor112 @bigmoro666 AKA controlling her by giving her the bare minimum and since miskina she comes from a “small village and she has nothing” she will never fight back for her rights. Astaghfirullah. As a moroccan, we already spread the word about abusers like this guy
@BrainOfLaraine Personal and professional: be less intimidated by freelance projects 🤔 I feel like I don’t know where to start but it’s one of my major 2023 goals
@SaveFilastin@halalmuslimgirl The article was more talking about how the books portray an image of muslim women in muslim countries suffering as a direct result of being muslim basically.
@AKindly1_@a_blueee@AssiaJp @vertandbeige When the lady comes to you and says tell me what is good akhlaq, you go ahead and do it. If not, it is unsolicited, period.
@AKindly1_@a_blueee@AssiaJp @vertandbeige Stop arguing? 😂 are you my mahram or something? How can you “give advice backed up by an imam” when there’s sunni/shi’i/sufi/ismaeli/etc and within each there are madhahib. Leave people alone, let them do their research. The first munazzal word is iqraa, remember.
@AKindly1_@a_blueee@AssiaJp @vertandbeige Let the oulema/imams dictate what is right and what is wrong. Do what is expected of you to do: not judge and lower your gaze.
@vertandbeige Intellectualy molested? What a horrifying term. I don’t think anyone would listen to you or your “advice” when you employ terms like these. I hope you wouldn’t use it referring to your kid/anyone’s kid or even a fellow human. Follow your prophet and try to speak softly please ✋
