@SunLifeCA In London trying to contact https://t.co/riGzTp7zNE. Sent first email in Nov 2021 then In January 2022. Telephone says 45 minute wait to speak to advisor. 3 months and I have not been contacted about my https://t.co/MsvhW5sxKF this what you call customer service.

@VirginAtlantic @BBCWatchdog @UK_CAA My flight was booked and paid for on the 08 March the flight on the 04 April was cancelled.
How long before Virgin advise when they are going to refund our monies. My family and I certainly need the money.
