@supportasus @easyJet just charged me 58€ to bring a cabin size bag on as I prepaid it as hold luggage (46€) but brought it on the plane instead of checking it in.Then you still take it off me &put it in the hold? Anyone else think I have just been robbed or is it just me?

I don't understand how it is legal in Europe to oversell plane tickets for a journey leaving this way many people unable to find a seat therefore miss the flight. This is basically the same as people selling fake tickets for Football matches, once they get to the gate they see that can get in. How is this fair and how is this legal in europe.
This is TICKET FRAUD and since EASYJET Operates from the UK it should a-bind to its laws. @easyJet @easyJet_press @supportasus
I just missed my flight today because my seat was already sold to someone else! 3 times was my seat sold to different people! Not only do I want money back, i want you to pay my replacement flight i must take tomorrow worth 400€ and a compensation of 5.000€ and this is just a informal message as my lawyers with be in contact with you officially formally this week!
