@TideBusiness I placed a wire transfer a week ago into my Tide account which has not arrived. Tide support have been unable to resolve the problem. £7500 has gone missing. How do I escalate this?
@TideBusiness My account has been suspended since Saturday due to info required for routine checks. I supplied requested info immediately and have responded to follow up queries. account is still suspended. review team are not responding and my business is suffering. Please help!
