It never gets less shocking. The moment when the second plane hit is completely unforgettable. Everyone thought we were fully under attack like bombs were going to start falling from the sky everywhere. It felt like we were in a movie.

After I watched the second plane hit, and then that moment got played on repeat, the fear was unbelievable. Even before the reports of the pentagon being hit, and threats to the White House.

Nobody knew how to react as nothing like this had ever happened; nobody would have ever thought this could or would happen on American soil. It was a different time.
