I also am aware that multiple X messages defeats the purpose of X, but I specifically advertised that I'm bad at this. I'm good at lots of things. I am awful at this.

I've been sober for 5.5 years after cutting back for a couple years. It was a huge shift when I cut back, just habitually.
I'm working on a semisober November challenge and it seems up your alley... focused on saying "I'm Good" instead of having another drink.
