@NIKHILLJHA Im not happy wit their claims. Despite submitting all orig bills with hospital seal,dey settled only 40%. After I escalated to Grievance Redressal I got only 10% more.Dey disallowed claim citing necessary and customary charges even though treatment was in tier 2 city!ridiculous!

@NIKHILLJHA I had taken out a policy for my parents. During d tenure of d policy one of my parent contracted a critical chronic disease. After a few yrs I was unhappy, so decided to port, but d new insurance company rejected the proposal. Nobody is accepting porting. Wt 2 do in this case?
