Its been a bit of time since our last post. But news to share that we have won our Caledonia Cup QF against Mackie RFC and prepress to the SF against Aberdeen Wanderers.

Rugby Training continues at Howe of Fife RFC. Our U14’s have now completed 3 sessions and we are starting to see improvements in skill level and fitness already.

1 week back into training.
Kids all enjoying be back, clearly shows. Being able to socially interact with your friends in a controlled environment after such a long time, smiles on their faces from ear to ear.
Some sore legs though, fitness our priority over the coming weeks!

Rugby returned to Cupar tonight as the Howe of Fife U14’s got back to training. The squad have been split into 2 training ‘bubbles’ and are following all guidance set out by @Scotlandteam
