Here’s the thing: if Graham Platner really cares about the country and stopping Donald Trump, he’ll drop out. Because this campaign will be entirely about all of his baggage, not about Susan Collins’s crappy record. And a lot of Democrats won’t vote for a guy w/this behavior.
Say what you want about Swalwell, but at least he ended his campaign and resigned from Congress amid his scandal instead of dragging the Democratic Party down with him.
the nyt story is just the sweet spot for collins unfortunately. bad enough to make any normal well adjusted person immediately abandon ship, vague enough to ensure leftists can justify keeping him afloat to ensure he can lead dems to a disaster in maine
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our father, Larry Fitzgerald Sr. A devoted father, husband, grandfather, and a true pioneer in the Minnesota broadcasting community, he spent his life pouring into the people and the city he loved so much.
He left us peacefully this afternoon, surrounded by his family and the people who loved him most.
We are so grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the team at the University of Minnesota Fairview Southdale Hospital during this time.
We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate these first difficult days.
With love,
The Fitzgerald Family
Ossoff: This is what small men like Donald Trump and JD Vance and Stephen Miller will never understand—that our national greatness flows not through our blood or our genes, but through our ideas.
Americans are not a race, we're a people united not by ethnicity, but by our shared convictions, and that is what makes us exceptional
@Brandon_Warne The problem is he's out of options. They didn't cut him just to cut him. Is he better than Gomez? Sands? Orze? Lawerson or even Klein? No. And he's about 9th on the starter depth chart.
@PhilMackey SWR was never a maasive talent. He was a decent #5 stater. Long term he's behind Ryan, Pablo, Ober, Bradley, Abel, Preleipp, Matthews, Rojas and perhaps others. There was no reason to keep rostering him.
