This is a cat waiting to pounce! I was ‘given’ a tiny field mouse which I rescued from the jaws of death. I was cleaning its wound when it leapt down the front of my pyjamas! It snuggled into my shoulder and sat there for ages. It is now safe away from cat eyes.
