@AppleSupport If I wanted to order it online and wait for shipping, I could, but like all stores that give me that excuse, I remind them that is what they are for. I’m tired of brick and mortar stores acting like fronts for their online warehouses. Please carry what I need.

@AppleSupport if you want me to upgrade from my 9.7 inch iPad to your 10.5 iPad, try giving me reasons other than no longer offering accessories I need. What, you suddenly decided none of us need keyboards anymore?

@AppleSupport My comment is not so much about use, but availability. None of your stores have the Smart Keyboard for the 9.7 inch iPad, independent of iOS version. It seems that you don’t see us as customers anymore. What can you do about that?
