I dont believe I should need to pay for a game I have already paid for and for an error that is completely out of my control. If ubisoft support continues to ignore me, I will check it.

@UbisoftSupport I submitted a ticket and it's been over 24 hours and still no reply. I am patient, but I am nervous my case is being glossed over.
I can not play ranked on Siege, also I cant use voicechat on siege even though it appears to be working, but that a whole other issue
