After chasing them for almost 1 month I have no correct answer to why this has happened & I need to close my education loan asap. Past 1 month has been a mental trauma for me & my whole family. Need a resolution & closure on my case.

@TheOfficialSBI I have been chasing branch manager at SBI Antop Hill Branch for my education loan which I have been repaying since 2016 & wanted to close it. However there has been big mishap with my Education Loan amount & have been told an incorrect & invalid amount to be paid

The amount I have was told is 3times more even after paying my due amount for past 4 years & when contacted the branch manager to explain why the amount is so huge he told me there has been an system error in the transactions & I have been charged an additional of almost 3Lacs.
