Has a carnivore ever gone vegan?
There are many former vegans who are now carnivore.
(And nearly all vegans end up introducing meat, eggs and dairy)
But, I've never heard of a carnivore going vegan.
Profit margins on meat are lean (pardon the pun).
But, if you mix together things like wheat, corn, soy and seed oils your input costs are very small.
You can sell those "foods" at a large profit ๐ค
The kicker is when you convince people these franken-foods are healthy ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ฐ
You can get healthy tracking macros, taking supplements and measuring every aspect of your life.
Or you can just eat steak and eggs when you're hungry and cut out everything else ๐ฅฉ๐ณ
Your call ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Tech bros,
You will not understand health until you realise that nature has all the answers.
The key is getting back to a natural way of living.
Not some groundbreaking technology.
And yes, this approach won't make you a billionaire.
But, you will help people.
The cow digests these millions of microbes, absorbing their protein and fat as well as some nutrients from the fermented plant material.
So the cow is getting a large portion of its nutrition from eating microbes, maybe they're carnivores too ๐
Them: "I lost 50lbs on Ozempic!"
Also them: "I lost bone density, muscle mass, testosterone tanked, can't remember things, have no sexual desire and I projectile vomit twice a day.
But, I lost weight!"
If you fall off track on your carnivore diet you are NOT back to square one.
You have made progress and experienced life as a carnivore.
You are WAY ahead of where you were when you first started.
Just get back on the horse! ๐ฅฉ
If you're binge eating.
Struggling to stay consistent.
Experiencing constipation.
Can't sleep.
Low on energy.
There's one thing that's missing from your diet...
Fat!
Your body, brain and hormones are crying out for it.
Sugar is addictive, damaging and in some cases debilitating.
Yet, it's everywhere!
And totally socially acceptable.
A carnivore diet has proven to be an effective way to overcome sugar and carb addiction for a few reasons ๐
"Carnivores are young men trying to get ripped!"
Nope.
Carnivores are people who have tried every diet under the sun with no lasting success.
Now they've finally found a way of eating that is healthy, satiating and sustainable.
