This city is so beautiful when you don’t have a loser from Waukesha in your ear saying “Milwaukee sucks because there’s a larger minority population than I’m used to”
I used to feel this way because I grew up in Los angeles and felt it was a tourist trap situation but then I lived by Maru in Los Feliz for a couple years and that place always has a line and I work from home and I realized it’s such a fun social activity even if you don’t speak to anyone. It’s like micro-dosing Disneyland. Long queue with a treat at the end, with a handful of random people all at the same place at the same time for the same reason. It became a sweet break in my solo work day to do this. There’s something beautiful about lines to me now
BREAKING: Philadelphia just drew a hard line on ICE. They have INTRODUCED legislation to rein in ICE.
- Agents can’t wear masks
- Must show ID
- Judicial warrants only
- Assault a bystander → arrested
This is what accountability looks like. This isn’t law yet, but it’s the blueprint. Pass it. Enforce it. Take it nationwide.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but…
If agents can pull a legal firearm from your holster, then open fire on you because you had a firearm…
Then no one actually has the right to conceal carry.
