Nothing satisfies. Not the best food, not the best clothes, not the best house, not the money—nothing. The moment you get it, it gets boring. That’s why, in everything, you should learn to be happy in your own skin.
That’s why I encourage sleep. Sleep and a good relationship with your surroundings are the most underrated aspects that we humans don’t quite understand.
If He could create the universe for Himself, He could create a body for Himself.
If He could walk in Eden in the cool of the day, He could make a body for Himself to move amongst us.
If He could speak to His creatures and they hear, He could speak to us with His body.
If He made us good in the beginning, He could remake us to be good again after we were damaged.
If the debt we owe was ours to pay and we are too weak to pay, it makes perfect sense that He will become like us to pay our debt.
The infinite God prepared for Himself a temple of human nature to dwell. He entered our world through the womb of that blessed woman, Mary.
He humiliated Himself by coming to endure a wretched human experience so that we can enjoy a blessed heavenly experience.
He took on mortality so that one day we may inherit immortality.
He did that today. What a blessed day!
Christmas is a blessed season.
Happy Christmas to all of God's people!
And congratulations to the people of this world on the arrival of the prince of peace. For He arrived with many blessings that they enjoy today despite rejecting Him. For even their sense of intrinsic human value came when He arrived and showed us.
A good time to make this spread and trend again…….
Let’s go !
Jesus just has to be who He says He is. No one gives this joy that He gives.
We celebrate our king, JESUS !
Christmas is not about “when” Christ was born.
It’s about what His birth changed.
History was split.
Hope entered time.
Salvation took on flesh.
Calling Christmas “pagan” without nuance ignores a basic principle: When Christ enters a culture, He redeems meaning, He doesn’t ask permission from history.
The incarnation itself was God stepping into a human system.
That reality doesn’t disappear because Rome had a calendar.
Reject the celebration if you wish, that’s a personal conviction.
But to say Christmas has nothing to do with Christ ignores the incarnation, theology, history, and lived faith of millions.
Christmas isn’t a holiday Christ started.
It’s a revelation believers reflect on.
And every time a man encounters Jesus, Christmas happens again.
Lol I’ve found that Christianity is the religion that actually forces you to think. It doesn’t infantilize you with blind submission or rote recitation. It requires you to pause, wrestle, and reason.
That’s why Jesus was such a remarkable teacher, smart, precise, even cutting. Consider His interactions with religious authorities: When challenged, He says: ‘Before Abraham was, I AM’ (John 8:58), not ‘I was,’ but ‘I AM,’ the divine name from Exodus 3:14. An explicit claim to eternal pre-existence.
When asked about the Messiah’s identity, He poses a riddle: ‘Whose son is the Messiah?’ They answer, ‘David’s son.’ Jesus responds: ‘Then how does David call Him Lord?’ (Matthew 22:41-45). The logic is inescapable; a descendant doesn’t outrank his ancestor. If David calls the Messiah ‘Lord,’ He must be more than human. He must be divine.
He claims authority over the Sabbath itself (Mark 2:28). Who created the Sabbath? God did. So what does that tell you?
He accepts worship repeatedly (Matthew 2:11, 14:33, 28:9), something even angels refuse.
Jesus used every statement, every confrontation, to reveal truth while demanding intellect and discernment. Faith in Christianity isn’t passive, it engages both heart and mind.
So spare me platitudes about ‘respecting all beliefs.’ I respect your beliefs enough to hold them to the standard of reason and historical evidence. Peace isn’t about ignoring truth, it’s about confronting reality honestly while we coexist.
When the prophet Elijah was suicidal and exhausted, God didn’t send a sermon. He didn’t rebuke him for a lack of faith.
God sent an angel with a snack. He let him sleep. Then he fed him again.
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do today is take a nap or eat a meal.
Could you do me a favour and retweet this once you see it?
